Looking to reach your peak potential? Join us athletes in the gym for differentiated performance training. This program provides an intense training routine that provides functionality, strength, conditioning, and education for athletes specifically targeting a certain area of improvement physically in a sport. Program is twice a week for 6 weeks. The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks for a total of 12 sessions.
